Bodyharmonix Cancellation Policy

To help you achieve good results and to receive the most out of your care and to save time we ask that you schedule your appointments in advance. Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery and slow down the effectiveness of the programs, so we ask that wherever possible you keep all your appointments.

Please find listed below the important terms and policies consistent with us maintaining high standards of care within our facility.
Cancellation Policy

It is expected that if a patient cannot keep an appointment with us, that notice is given as soon as possible by calling the centre and leaving a message if after hours or sending us an e-mail. Due to our high demand for appointments this enables us to offer your appointment to another patient on our waiting list, and ensures that our expert therapists are not left with unpaid gaps in their diaries.

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your account if your appointment is cancelled inside 24 hours.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to provide you with an alternative appointment on your scheduled day and help you avoid a cancellation fee.

Late and missed appointments

For those clients arriving late to an appointment, but within their appointment time slot, may receive a shorter consultation in an effort not to inconvenience other clients waiting.

  • Clients who arrive late to an appointment will be charged the full consultation fee.
  • Clients who miss their appointment entirely will be charged full fee.
  • And clients who have missed an appointment in the past, but would still like to re-schedule will need to place $50 fee as deposit.
  • Some consultations such as Posture/Movement Analysis require a $100 deposit irrespective of previous cancellations or missed appointments.

These policies relate to all patients irrespective of their method of funding (eg. Workcover, Insurance, Medicare) and must be paid by the patient.

Late or missed appointments disrupt everyone involved. We want to do our best not to exclude other patients receiving treatment. We don’t want to inconvenience the therapists or other clients waiting.

So when booking an appointment make sure you’re happy with the time and date of your appointment.
